Quick Draft reads your app’s screens, writes a headline for each, draws artwork that fits your app and lays out a full set. Every draft comes out different, and everything in it can be edited afterwards.
- 1Open Screens in the left rail and choose Quick Draft.
- 2Pick three to eight screens of your app, from Shots or from your computer.
- 3Give your app’s name and a line about what it does. If it’s on the App Store, you can use its page too.
- 4Choose a mood, a colour palette or your brand colour, and how many screens you want. Add your real App Store rating if you’d like it shown. Or leave it all to “Surprise me”.
- 5Check the words. You can edit any label or headline while the artwork is being drawn.
- 6Look at your draft. “Another direction” changes everything; “New colours” and “New layout” change one thing at a time. Then open it.
Good to know
- A draft opens as a new project. The project you were working on isn’t changed.
- You can close the window while it works. Its progress shows at the bottom of the canvas.
- Changing the direction, colours, layout or words is instant and can be repeated as often as you like.
- Artwork never covers your app’s screen: it is kept to the sides or behind the device.
- Plain screenshots of your app give the best result.
Creating a draft uses AI credits. Trying other directions and editing the words doesn’t. If a draft can’t be finished, nothing is charged.
