Partner terms
The short, plain version of how the program works. By applying, you agree to it.
Joining
- You apply with your ScreenMake account; we review every application and may accept or decline any of them.
- Once approved you get a personal link and code. They’re yours alone: don’t share or resell them.
What you earn
- 30% of every payment a customer you referred makes in their first 12 months (plans, renewals and AI credit packs), net of taxes, refunds and chargebacks.
- Once 25 of your referred customers have paid, new commissions are 40%.
- Your audience gets 20% off their first plan payment with your link or code; commissions are on what they actually pay.
How customers are attributed
- A new account made within 60 days of clicking your link is yours. A first purchase with your code is yours too, unless another creator already referred that customer.
- Each customer is attributed once, to the first creator who brought them. Existing customers can’t be attributed.
Payouts
- Commissions are held 30 days to cover refunds and disputes, then become due.
- We pay due commissions monthly by PayPal or Wise once they reach $50; smaller balances roll over. You’re responsible for taxes on what you earn.
- A refund or chargeback cancels its commission; if it was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
Promoting ScreenMake
- Always disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and close to your link or code (for example: “I earn a commission if you sign up”). On video, say it out loud too.
- No paid ads on the ScreenMake name or misspellings of it, no coupon or deal sites, no spam, and no misleading claims about features or prices.
- Your own purchases (or ones made for you) don’t earn commissions.
Ending
- You can leave at any time. We may pause or end a partnership that breaks these terms; commissions from fraud or breaches are void.
- We may update these terms; changes apply to commissions earned after we announce them.
